hey guys, as per me and my friend view we think SKIT is the top most engineering college in rajsthan under rtu,,this is due to the fact that college is accredated by A+ level from aicte,best placement. highly qualified faculty... even ibm and sun microsystems had opened there labs there. infosya is also training there students. so placement guaranteed.. the close second wuill be jecrc which is not no. 1 but has qualities to do so...

here if u literally desire to study in rajasthan ...then forget all dreams of becoming a skilled engineer.... i was a student from VIT,jaipur...but finally took a drop and now in IIT...AIR-3486 .....no college other than MNIT,BITS-pilani,BIT-jaipur(MESRA)and LNMIIT stand here ..u can also consider jecrc and skit iff u have no other option baaki to mehnat khud ko hi karnee padegi ..chayyein kahi bhi ho.....best of luck for admissions

I think SKIT is better than Jecrc and other colleges due to the various recent development in the college.. college is accrediated in 3 branches from aicte no other college in rajsthan has.. it has increased its infrastcurture in various fields. Prof raam singh who was noominated as young man of america in 1979 and one of the top teachers in india in computer science has joined as principle .. placements are much better than jecrc.. collobration with IBM ,SUN-MICROSYSTEMand INFOSYS for tarining its students...the only reason some people prefer JECRC because they do lot of advertising compared too SKIT..

so u want to know about the Poornima Engineering College..loke each and every institute has its own rules n regulations to manage their students.otherwise some time students make something wrong .....like in LPU...so dear as like all poornima also have some special kind of rules to bound the students...if u know the Chitkara College of Punjab now is University also....so same kind of stickness is in Poornima like extra classes .......regular lecturerssssss...late fine......etc etc bt not to worry yar rules are only on the boards....u have to do only study.....anyway u can contact to the poornima students.......best wishes

The mistake we people make is by choosing the college but no one bother to know about the university.
Let me show you some facts-
1.RTU kota name is not even in list for NAAC accreditation
2.It take RTU 1 year to give result, it means if you give your 1st sem exam RTU will give your result when you have finished with your 3rd sem exam, so you cam better understand when will you pass and how you pass your engineering.

IF ANY OF RTU STUDENT DON'T AGREE WITH ME YOU SHOULD APPROPRIATE REASON

What you have heard about SKIT, do some of you even bother to go to there website
Half of the links are not working, is it some kind of joke that an engineering college website is not well maintained.
Now come to faculty, 1 thing you know why IITS and NITS are famous, because the have very strong faculty.
In SKIT non of our faculty is Phd [ Except our Principle, academic director, Head of Mechanical dept]
They say Head of ECE [ HOT BRANCH ] is pursuing his Mtech, when I join the college my senior say he starts his Mtech when they join and now I am passout and he is still pursuing [ He was caught cheating in his paper of Mtech]

This is same for all the branches, faculty position is really very bad at SKIT.

Now come to placement
Ya placement are very good, you can come for placement but what will you do when you are not given joining letter by company.

SO Student how have chance to study out side rajasthan should must make it

I Don't know about other college, but engineering college in Rajasthan are not that much of mature the there will be some real research and study starts
At present all colleges are making money

i think that new admission is always being in confusion but if u think that after 12 ur comee in college life it is totally different frm here u r taking u r u turn of life but after this all i suggest that yit (yagyavalkya institute of technology) is best frm others i had spent 4 years in this college frm e&c branch the experince is quit nice and all the faculty including our hod is very supporting very nice college wid nice placement

I think SKIT is better than Jecrc and other colleges due to the various recent development in the college.. college is accrediated in 3 branches from aicte no other college in rajsthan has.. it has increased its infrastcurture in various fields. Prof raam singh who was noominated as young man of america in 1979 and one of the top teachers in india in computer science has joined as principle .. placements are much better than jecrc.. collobration with IBM ,SUN-MICROSYSTEMand INFOSYS for tarining its students...the only reason some people prefer JECRC because they do lot of advertising compared too SKIT..

well i m a student of pce jaipur......i would like to tell u that its the most strict college in the state................bhot jayada work load, no extra activity, more over they dont send good internal marks............no support frm college...............very less standalone placements...........chussad campus
............too much assignments.............((((((((they dont send good internal marks.............aapka first year me jo record ban gaya wo he chalega chahe kuch b karke kitne b le aao.)))))))))))))) in all a total strict college.................

skit is the best option in jaipur as far as my opinion is concerned......they have a maximum number of stand alones......good environment.......supportive college

last but not the least.......pce me admission lena yani..............chahe marr b jao par attendence 75 % se ek decimal point b kam toh gaye kaam se.............poore upar se neeche tak hila dete hain.......tadpa tadpa ke dete hain attendence.............
