Teachers are better at Teaching Kids, than Parents. Is it right or wrong?

I guess it depends on what is being taught. Calculus for sure the teachers at the High School will be much better then I, in fact I'm not sure I even spelled it right so ad spelling as something teachers can teach better then me. But moral and ethical issues how to be good citizens... that’s something I know families teach better then schools. I once heard the principal at my kid’s elementary school at a school function thank the Parents for helping raise these fine kids. I almost blew a gasket. I am not helping to raise my kids. I am raising them that are where I have an issue with educators; they think we are partners in this, when in fact they are contractors to the parents. Hired to teach raw facts and how to apply formulas to numbers. It’s up to the parents to raise the children.
