There's no need for conserving it, just surviving there takes great effort. Basically, you need to live inside. There's very little exposed land, it's all ice and still building, contrary to what the eco-bigots try to make you think.

There is one spot in all of Antarctica where there is thermal activity and ice is melting. The eco-bigots keep pointing you to that one spot.

The earth is getting colder over all from it's last high about 10,000 years ago. We are now sliding, unsteadily, into another 100,000 year ice age cycle.

i agree with jinni theres no need for conserving it as long as we leave it alone.actually heaps of people go to antartica and live for months i mean why are there races going on in antartica why cant we just leave it.so many people spend thousands just to go there.
