I think parents have the main responsibility but aren’t the only ones to be held responsible when things go awry. I think the whole community should partake in the raising of a child by living each day like a child is watching. That means trying to make wise choices every day of your life. Know that every decision you make can effect a child negatively and positively whether it be your child or not.

The child opens his eyes at home, the first school is his home, next is his neighborhood, and the last is the school.
The fact is all these three parties are fully responsible for that.
A child is a white sheet, and these three parties are the very first writers on it.!!!!!

Parents definitely have the primary responsibility for instilling moral values in their children. The way you raise them is how they grow up. They are the ones held legally responsible for their child's actions until they reach 18. However, I firmly believe that other people such as teachers, friends play an important role as well. Grandparents, extended family, teachers, friends, church and community members should all realize that they are role models for the children around them and should be careful what they are teaching by words and example.
